Why do you do what you do?

Our behaviour dictates who we are. It is one of the strongest predictors for what we think, and for what is important to us in our life. In fact, it is not what you say which is reapply important, it is how you act, treat yourself and others, which is the true representation of who you are.

People often say one thing, but if there is no synergy with their behaviour, what they say means absolutely nothing. Talk is cheap. So when you say- I have to lose weight, or- I want to get fit, or- I need to improve my health, just saying it does nothing to help achieve your goal.
